- The Inn will be closed for the full month of January
- Prices range from $120.00 to $185.00 US dollars
- Well mannered children over the age of six are welcome.
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate your pets.
- Holidays and Special events require a two-night minimum stay.
- We require a 72-hour notice for no charge cancellations.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and after 8:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- All suites have private baths and central air-conditioning.
- Common areas include solarium, parlor, library, dining room, wrap-around
porch with swing and rockers and a patio overlooking the gardens and the Blue Ridge
Mountains to the South.
- The Inn At Antietam is a non-smoking facility. However, our smoking guests are welcome to light up on the porches and the patio.
- Extra person in those rooms which can accommodate an extra person, $25.
- All prices subject to 11% tax.
- Reservations can be secured with a credit card, or with a 50% deposit.

Directions:
From Washington take I-270 North to I-70 Junction at Frederick.
From Baltimore take I-70 West to Frederick.
From Frederick follow I-70 West to Exit 35 (Route 66). Turn left onto Route 66 and go 6 miles to Boonsboro. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Route 34 and continue 6 miles to Sharpsburg. As you approach Sharpsburg, you will see the Antietam National Cemetary on the left. Just pass the Cemetary is our Bed & Breakfast Inn.
From North or South I-81 take Exit for I-70 East to Exit 29A (Route 65). Turn right on 65 and proceed ten miles to Sharpsburg. At stop sign turn left (Route 34) and go .2 mile to top of hill and our Inn is on your right.
